Experience

Since 1990 Wayne has consulted with management.  Wayne has built a successful track record enhancing organisational performance. He has worked across various industries and with numerous organisations, in both the public and private sectors, on a diverse range of assignments.

During the 1980s, Wayne held management and operational positions with major finance and merchant banking institutions, where he was exposed to many industries and organisations, developing management and operations experience.

Wayne was raised on a sugar cane farm in the Mackay region (North Queensland) before moving to Brisbane in the early 1980s.
